Simple Minds February 14th

Simple Minds are part of the 1970s and 1980s New Romantic sound that came out of the U.K. This new sound was embraced by the U.K., Europe and Oceania readily, but it was a film that broke the U.S. market with the movie The Breakfast Club (1985).

This was a time when INXS and Jimmy Barnes were coming on the scene, and the show was filmed at the Ripponlea studio.
